    This proves it, New Jersey has finally developed the science of pollution to the point that they can disguise it as a rainbow… it’s the most beautiful toxic cloud I’ve ever seen.

    Want to know why this hapens? They expose the image one color at a time, normal things don`t move so fast that the colors shift, but for fast moving objects like a plane this hapens.
    That is just one way of doing aerial photography so that`s why this dosent hapen awry time you see a plane, also depends on the distance (relative speed)….
