It’s obviously a piece of post modern performance art. The proportions and placement of the wooden block clearly represents the subjugation of the working class. The fact that it’s sitting on top of the iceberg rather than floating on it’s own is metaphoric of the upper class’s unnecessary dependency on consumerism.
